Jimmy is a devout Christian who was chosen by Castiel to be his vessel. A very devout Christian, he prayed for years to assist the Lord. Unfortunately his wife was not as faithful and begged him to get psychiatric help when he was first contacted by Castiel. Even the sight of his unburned arm in a boiling pot of water could not shake her doubts.
After Castiel possesses him, he leaves his family for over a year, only to return in "The Rapture". |
